Explosion reported in Istanbul

In Istanbul near the Bayrampaşa metro station, an explosion was reported. Local residents shared this information on social media.

The shockwave shattered windows in shops and vehicles parked nearby. Preliminary data indicates that six people were injured. All have been hospitalised at local clinics with various injuries.

Train services have currently been suspended.
