Mass protests against Robert Fico's government held in Slovakia

Large-scale protests against the government of Robert Fico were held in Slovakia in more than 20 cities. Participants expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the executive branch and demanded change.

Protests in large and small towns

In Bratislava, approximately 60,000 people gathered for the rally, while around 15,000 demonstrators took to the streets in Košice. The protests were not limited to major cities: residents of even small settlements actively came out onto the streets to voice their discontent.

International support

The protest actions also reached Slovak diasporas abroad. Slovaks living outside their country joined the demonstrators, chanting slogans such as “We will not be silent!” and “Slovakia is Europe”.
