Another scandalous detention of law enforcement officers has occurred in Odesa. A captain and a major from OBNOV were detained while receiving a bribe of $3,000.

The officers initially gave raw cannabis to a repeat-offender drug addict to dry it out. Later, upon weighing it and finding it short of the expected grams, they demanded a $3,000 compensation. Otherwise, they threatened to imprison him again.

The victim had no choice but to turn to Kote Mchedlishvili for help.
