In 2025, the highest pensions will be awarded to People's Deputies, according to the Budget Declaration. The maximum payment amount will be 23,610 hryvnias. Those who will receive the largest pensions also include:

local government employees;
state civil servants;
scientists.

However, judges and prosecutors are in first place in terms of salary levels in Ukraine.
