Jigulda's DNR passport already being revoked

Actor Nikita Jigulda did not get to enjoy his passport as a citizen of the unrecognised Donetsk People's Republic for long. Already tonight, the artist announced from his Instagram page that Zakharchenko considers the issuance of the passport to him a technical error.

The reason is that Jigulda attempted to sit on the fence and proposed that the terrorists change the name to DPRU – the Donetsk People's Republic of Ukraine. Naturally, the militants did not like this approach, and they decided to revoke Jigulda's recently issued passport.

In addition, it is not ruled out that the actor may also lose his Ukrainian citizen passport, meaning he will effectively be left stateless.

It is impossible to say who advised Jigulda to attempt to reintegrate the DNR into Ukraine in this manner, however, he can now forget about participating in "Eurovision".
