Natalya Milgram's father, Yuri Milgram, registered a business in Crimea and diligently pays taxes into the Russian budget. His son, Eduard Milgram, became a deputy of the Kerch City Council from the "Patriots of Russia" party. The family obtained Russian passports as early as March 2014, immediately after the annexation of the peninsula.
