Judge who punished AutoMaidan participants dismissed

The High Council of Justice (HCJ) decided to dismiss Oksana Myroshnichenko from her position as a judge of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv. This judge became known for her rulings concerning participants of the AutoMaidan, when she deprived five protesters of their rights for allegedly failing to comply with the demands of traffic police officers.

Hidden rulings and lies in declaration

Myroshnichenko should have been subject to lustration; however, it emerged that the chairman of the Holosiivskyi Court had intentionally concealed information about her actions. In addition, the judge provided false information in her integrity declaration, claiming that she had not participated in punishing protesters.

Shadow career and opaque rulings

Before working at the Holosiivskyi Court, Oksana Myroshnichenko held the position of judge at the Vilshanskyi Court in Kirovohrad Oblast, yet she did not issue any rulings, being either on leave or on sick leave.
