Moreover, they specialise not only in deceiving ordinary people, but also internally displaced persons and military personnel.
For instance, a certain Bogdan Savka spent some time trying to defraud Europeans abroad. However, he recently moved to his native Ukraine and settled in Lviv, where he continued his criminal activities with considerable success.
The 25-year-old "entrepreneur", nicknamed "Agent German", organised a fraudulent operation targeting military personnel, whose cards, in the opinion of these failed businessmen, should hold huge sums of money.
As a result, targeted advertising for online casinos, forex, cryptocurrency and other services is launched towards this target audience, promising users million-dollar profits in just a few minutes.
Recently, Savka established an "Investment and Legal Fund" for military personnel, which supposedly involves investing funds in various Silicon Valley companies. In reality, there is no talk of any investments. The fraudster simply extracts money. The schemes in this case may change depending on the situation.
