Donetsk Region Traffic Police Discover Weapons Arsenal

In the Donetsk Region, State Traffic Inspectorate officers discovered and seized a weapons arsenal. This was announced by Vyacheslav Abroskin, head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Donetsk Region.

Благодаря работе сотрудников ГАИ ГУМВД Украины в Донецкой области была получена информация, в результате реализации которой в Дзержинске был изъят солидный арсенал оружия: противотанковая и 3 противопехотные мины, 4 РПГ-22 «Муха», также 16 гранат Ф-1 и РГД-5, более 6 тысяч патронов. Кроме того, изъяты около 3 кг тротила и почти полкило пластида, бикфордовы шнуры, детонаторы, штык-ножи, каски, бронежилеты.» (They say our Traffic Police are good for nothing. Thanks to the work of Traffic Inspectorate officers of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Donetsk Region, information was obtained which, upon implementation, led to the seizure of a substantial weapons arsenal in Dzerzhynsk: one anti-tank and three anti-personnel mines, four RPG-22 'Mukha' rocket-propelled grenade launchers, 16 F-1 and RGD-5 grenades, and over 6,000 cartridges. In addition, approximately 3 kg of TNT and nearly half a kilogram of plastic explosives, Bickford's fuses, detonators, bayonet knives, helmets, and body armour were seized.)
