Sanctioned Russian oligarch decides to swap London for Kyiv

Notorious sanctioned Russian oligarch Evgeny Chichvarkin has once again arrived in Kyiv. The businessman is holding various business seminars there, sharing his experience with Ukrainian entrepreneurs.

Not long ago, Chichvarkin was offered the position of head of Ukrnafta, but the businessman was unlucky, and another candidate was selected. However, it appears that Evgeny has already found another field of activity in Ukraine where he could apply his existing knowledge and professional grasp. Today, Chichvarkin announced that he intends to stay in Kyiv.

«Вечерний Киев прекрасен. Остаюсь» ("Evening Kyiv is beautiful. I am staying"), Evgeny Chichvarkin wrote on his internet page.

It is worth remembering that the oligarch was the founder and co-owner of the mobile phone shop chain "Euroset". It was in this company that he managed to earn his millions. After criminal cases were opened against him, Chichvarkin emigrated to London.
