Luxurious assets of the family of the former head of the Khmelnytskyi State Tax Inspection

The family of Tetyana Krupa, who previously headed the Khmelnytskyi State Tax Inspection, has been found to possess substantial assets: dozens of land plots, houses, luxury cars, and real estate in towns and villages across Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

Real estate and land holdings

The bulk of the family's property is concentrated in the village of Volitsya, where the Krupas acquired 10 land plots and 9 houses. Notably, most of these structures range in size from 15 to 25 square metres. The purchases were made in 2021–2022, allegedly for the development of the business of "Solar Invest", a company specialising in alternative energy.

Similar activity continues in the village of Sobolivka, where the family owns another 8 houses and 9 land plots.

In addition, the Krupas registered "Solar Invest" at their estate in Khmelnytskyi, which belongs to Tetyana's husband, Volodymyr Krupa.

Prestigious properties and projects

The family's city apartment is located on Parkova Street, near the river and the city park. Construction of a restaurant in this same park had begun, with plans to open it by the end of 2024, but the project stalled for unknown reasons.

The list of assets continues to expand:

• 11 plots in the village of Molomolynetsi;
• 2 plots in Rudkivtsi;
• 6 plots near Slobodka Rykhivska;
• 3 plots in Moskalivka;
• 1 plot in Adamivka.

The family also owns a house in Kamianets-Podilskyi.

Cars and the son's assets

Tetyana and Volodymyr's son, Oleksandr, owns several plots: one in the village of Karpovtsi and another seven in Shumovtsi, on which five houses have been built. He is also the owner of an apartment on Instytutska Street in Khmelnytskyi.

The family's car fleet is impressive:

• Volodymyr Krupa owns Porsche Cayenne models from 2019 and 2024, with the latter vehicle not having been declared.
• Oleksandr Krupa purchased a 2016 Audi Q7 in 2024, a 2022 BMW X7, and a 2013 Volkswagen Touareg.

The scale of the Krupa family's holdings and income raises questions about the origin of the funds.
