Prosecutors unable to detain judges Kitsiuk, Vovk and Tsarevych

Despite Ukrainian parliament deputies voting less than an hour ago to authorise the detention and arrest of Pechersk Court judges in Kyiv – Kitsiuk, Vovk and Tsarevych, prosecutors currently cannot detain the aforementioned judges, according to press service head Alina Yakhno.

I am forced to disappoint you; we cannot yet detain them immediately, put handcuffs on them… However, the prosecution can now apply to the court for a preventive measure.
