Law enforcement aware of Tabachnyk's arrival

Information appeared online today that former Education Minister Dmytro Tabachnyk checked in for a Tel Aviv - Kyiv flight. According to witnesses, Tabachnyk flew to Ukraine as an Israeli citizen. Photos of the former minister shortly before boarding quickly spread across the internet and apparently reached the right people. At least, that is what the words of Interior Minister's Advisor Anton Gerashchenko suggest.

 

«Мой товарищ Володимир Петренко, вылетая из Тель Авива запеленговал бывшего Министра Образования Дмитрия Табачника. (My friend Volodymyr Petrenko, while departing from Tel Aviv, spotted former Education Minister Dmytro Tabachnyk.)

Он только что приземлился в Украине, в аэропорту Борисполь, видимо для того чтоб сдаться с поличным и облегчить свою душу правдивыми показаниями. (He has just landed in Ukraine, at Boryspil Airport, presumably to turn himself in red-handed and ease his conscience with truthful testimony.)

По его проделках в бытность Министром Образования, были заведены криминальные производства в СБУ (по хищениям на завышение цен на закупку учебников) и в ГПУ по махинациям с собственностью Министерства образования. (Criminal cases were opened by the SBU (regarding embezzlement through inflated prices for textbook procurement) and by the GPU (regarding fraud involving Ministry of Education property) over his actions while serving as Education Minister.)

Все компетентные организации в курсе прилета Дмитрия Табачника. (All competent organisations are aware of Dmytro Tabachnyk's arrival.)

Уверен, что ему создадут должные условия безопасности, чтоб ему не захотелось покончить жизнь самоубийством по примеру Михаила Чечетова. (I am confident that proper security conditions will be created for him so that he does not feel inclined to end his life by suicide, following the example of Mykhailo Chechetov.)

Он нужен как ценный свидетель преступлений эпохи Януковича. (He is needed as a valuable witness to the crimes of the Yanukovych era.)

Да и сам должен ответить за содеянное. (And he himself must answer for what he has done.)
