49-year-old 'Baywatch' star Pamela Anderson has unpleasantly surprised her fans. It seems the actress has finally decided to stop hiding her age and relying on heavy makeup.

On her Instagram page, the star is increasingly posting photos where she wears minimal makeup. However, in most cases, these are black-and-white shots that smooth out facial imperfections. This is precisely why the colour photograph of Pamela that appeared online frightened her fans. Many even did not recognise their favourite in the woman in the picture.

In the photo, Anderson is without her usual augmented lips, with thin eyebrows, yellowed bleached hair and minimal eye makeup.
