Weight loss that kills. Second participant of 'Zvazheni' dies

A second participant of the reality show about overweight people, "Зважені та щасливі 5" (Zvazheni ta shchaslivi 5), has died following their participation in the programme. As reported to the editorial team of the website "Однобоко" (Odnoboko), умер (died) Igor Pashynsky, a member of the orange team, back in September.

During the live broadcast on Thursday, 15 October, it was Igor whom the other teams left in the camp when choosing between him and his cousin, Alexander. At the time, Sasha insisted that it was more important for Igor to continue participating in the project, as he was the heaviest participant on the show at that moment. Now, information has appeared on social media stating that the 52-year-old Игорь Пашинский умер (Igor Pashynsky died) back in September. The man suffered from diabetes, although the exact cause of his death remains unknown.

This is the second death following the project. Илья Яковлев умер (Ilya Yakovlev died) in May from a stroke; he was a participant in the third season of "Зваженых" (Zvazhenykh). Many are convinced that the project itself was the cause of the participants' deaths.
