Rally in support of Right Sector begins near Presidential Administration

Near the Presidential Administration on Bankova Street, a rally in support of the Right Sector has begun, after the group staged a shootout in Zakarpattia this afternoon and its fighters are currently surrounded by law enforcement agencies.

According to eyewitnesses, the peaceful picket has gathered just over a hundred people, although their numbers are slowly but steadily growing.

People are arriving with Right Sector flags and demanding that the situation be resolved in accordance with the law.

It is worth recalling that this afternoon, Right Sector fighters staged a shootout in Mukachevo with representatives of the criminal underworld, who are being shielded by one of the People's Deputies of Ukraine from the so-called "Opposition Bloc".

According to Right Sector representatives, their goal was to stop the flow of contraband.
