A third party is undermining the ceasefire in Donbas

According to eyewitnesses, the situation in Donbas is currently repeating events from a year ago on Maidan, when a certain third force desperately tries to "destabilise the situation" and disrupt the fragile ceasefire, firing at both sides. This third party is provoking DNR militants and Ukrainian military personnel to ensure that one side, or preferably both, stops adhering to the Minsk agreements and opens fire with artillery.

Вообще, по известным настроениям ДЫРЫ, они воевать не очень то хотят. Воюют те, кто на прямую подчиняются россиянам. Они же и выступают третьей стороной. Не жалея особо своих. В общем, перемирие по артиллерийским обстрелам есть, но оно очень кого то не устраивает. Делают все, чтоб хоть у кого то сдали нервы. При малейшем поводе опять начнётся что то серъёзное. И все понимают, что скорее всего не на этом направлении. Но здесь готовятся к любому развитию событий. Those who directly report to the Russians are fighting. They are also acting as the third party. Without particularly sparing their own. In short, there is a ceasefire regarding artillery shelling, but it greatly displeases someone. They are doing everything to make someone's nerves break. At the slightest pretext, something serious will start again. And everyone understands that it will most likely not be in this direction. But here they are preparing for any development of events.
