One of the prisoners refused to be exchanged

Yesterday, an exchange of Ukrainian soldiers for DNR and LNR militants took place. Instead of the announced 140 of our servicemen, 139 were released. It turned out that one of the AFU soldiers himself refused the exchange. This was reported by well-known negotiator Vladimir Ruban.
