Ukrainian media reported that one of the so-called "Kyiv majors" may have been involved in money laundering from call centres and corruption schemes linked to Nikolai Tishchenko.

Journalist's investigation

Journalist Denys Koshelnyk stated that Andrii Dragan was closely linked to Nikolai Tishchenko's activities. According to him, Dragan acted as a "torpedo" for the politician, visited call centres, gained the trust of their staff and passed on information about their locations. In addition, he acted as an intermediary for transferring and laundering money obtained from dubious sources.

Court proceedings

It is reported that Dragan is currently under probationary supervision. The reason was his participation in the public performance of a song by Russian artist Shaman, which caused a wide public outcry.
