Odesa official Konstantin Safoshin acquires luxury real estate

While the country is at war, an Odesa official has acquired luxury real estate and cars for his wife

In Odesa, the city council has changed the leadership of the Consumer Market Development Department. Following the dismissal of the previous head, the position was taken by the deputy — Konstantin Safoshin.

It has emerged that the newly appointed official has already made a name for himself not through professional achievements, but through his substantial family assets. According to open-source data, Safoshin is in possession of:

three land plots in Odesa, two residential houses (with areas of 694 and 120 m²), as well as two apartments — one in Odesa and the other in Turkey.

 His wife became the owner of two premium cars — a BMW X5 and a BMW X7. Both purchases were registered in the midst of the full-scale war.

It appears that the only area in which the new “chief of trade” in Odesa is actively expanding is his personal car fleet and overseas real estate.
