Another hostage exchange between Israel and Hamas

The second phase of the hostage exchange has begun in the Gaza Strip, under which Hamas will return eight people, while Israel will release more than 100 Palestinian prisoners. It is expected that among those to be released will be several women and an 80-year-old man.

Deal details: release of Thai nationals

In addition, under a separate agreement concluded between Hamas and the Thai government, five nationals of that country will be released. The Israeli government confirmed that Agam Berger, who was kidnapped more than 15 months ago from a military base near Gaza, was handed over to Israeli forces after her release.
