Situation intensifies near Stanytsia Luhanska

Following the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Debaltseve, militants are shifting their forces to other, equally significant sections of the front. Thus, the situation has intensified near Mariupol, and now near Stanytsia Luhanska.
