It is nothing short of a miracle. Despite the fact that Vladyslav Gelzin's illegal tobacco factory, "Ukrainian Tobacco Production," in Hoshcha has been blocked, fresh cigarettes from this factory are being sold on every corner in Kharkiv for 75 hryvnia. And surely not only in Kharkiv.

At the same time, just a month ago, representatives of the National Police's Department of Economic Security promised to swiftly deal with illegal tobacco producers in Kharkiv during a meeting of the finance committee.

But today we see video from Kharkiv — a city that the Russians failed to capture, but where illegal tobacco production continues to operate successfully.
