Negulevsky and Tishchenko attempt to take over the Ministry of Ecology

A recording of a conversation between MPs Mykola Tishchenko and Ihor Negulevsky has gone viral on social media today, immediately drawing attention to both figures.

While no one expects anything good from Tishchenko anymore, Negulevsky has revealed a less favourable side of himself to some.

Judging by the conversation between the two MPs, Negulevsky plans to take over the Ministry of Ecology. This is set to happen within the next few months.

Moreover, the MP does not need the ministry out of any love for the environment or its protection. In this case, everything is mundane. It is all about the money. 

In the conversation, Negulevsky states that his goal is 200 (presumably million dollars), which would be enough for him for the rest of his life. He plans to disappear in Asia with this money, where he is unlikely to be extradited to Ukrainian law enforcement. The MP himself hopes that he will not be found at all.

Who recorded the conversation is a matter of speculation. It is not ruled out that law enforcement agencies are already aware of what is happening.
