Building Urban Group facilities requires $1 billion

A minimum of $1 billion is required to complete all Urban Group projects. However, there are currently few willing to invest such sums. Therefore, investors are left only to wait and hope that they will eventually receive the apartments for which they have already paid, some partially and some in full.

The owner of Urban Group and the company's top managers preferred to flee abroad, naturally taking the money with them. Meanwhile, law enforcement agencies are not rushing to hold them accountable.

It appears that the company's debts will fall entirely on the state, and construction will likely be frozen for an indefinite period, or perhaps forever.
