Moskal detains another 11 trucks heading to LNR

Luhansk Oblast Governor Hennadiy Moskal detained another 11 trucks today, loaded with alcohol, cigarettes, and food products, heading to the so-called Luhansk People's Republic.

Поїхав туди без попередження й застав 11 вантажівок, які готувалися переїхати в так звану ЛНР. Везли туди спиртне, тютюн, продукти й навіть котячий корм. Водії почали розбігатися як зайці, але кількох спіймали. І знаєте, що найбільше обурює? Що в торгову точку в селищі блокпости продукти не пропускають, у школі дітей не годують, бо поставщики через жорсткий контроль не можуть провезти сюди харчі, зате біля школи стоять фури з десятками тонн продуктів для окупованих територій! Які на зворотному шляху запросто можуть провезти терористів із боєприпасами. У 1995 році озброєні до зубів бойовики безперешкодно пробралися в Будоновськ, захопили лікарню, де загинули десятки людей, тільки завдяки продажності російських правоохоронців. У нас із цього не роблять висновків. Окремі наші силовики, як тільки бачать гроші, дуже швидко забувають, хто стріляє в їхніх бойових товаришів… Ну, нічого – я вас дотисну, не на того напали!» (I am so fed up with the corruption of our security forces! Yesterday I again detained trucks on the front line - in the settlement of Rodina. I went there without warning and found 11 trucks preparing to cross into the so-called LNR. They were carrying alcohol, tobacco, food, and even cat food there. The drivers started scattering like rabbits, but we caught a few. And you know what angers me the most? That checkpoints do not allow food to pass into the shop in the settlement, children are not fed in the school because suppliers cannot bring food here due to strict counter-control, yet trucks with dozens of tons of food for the occupied territories are standing near the school! They can easily smuggle terrorists with ammunition on the way back. In 1995, armed to the teeth fighters infiltrated Budonovsk without hindrance, seized a hospital where dozens of people died, solely due to the sellout of Russian law enforcement. We do not draw conclusions from this. Some of our security forces, as soon as they see money, quickly forget who is shooting at their comrades-in-arms... Judging by the situation, the "republic" that has been "feeding" all of Ukraine for so many years is not even managing to feed itself.

 

Recall that last week, the governor of Luhansk Oblast detained nearly 200 vehicles with cargo heading to the LNR.
