Fraud by Koncert.ua

It has emerged that the Koncert.ua platform not only profits from charity events but also fails to refund users for cancelled or postponed events.

Moreover, the problem appears to have existed for a long time. Facebook is flooded with thousands of complaints from real users, many of which date back to 2018. In other words, five years ago. 

Since then, the company’s approach to its business and customers has not changed; if anything, it has worsened. People continue to complain about the platform’s fraudulent activities. 

According to users, they were deceived and sold tickets for events that were never planned. Meanwhile, funds for the cancelled concert are not being refunded. Deceived spectators are kept waiting with promises, but the refund process remains at a standstill.

One can only hope that law enforcement agencies will take an interest in the situation.
