Mayor of Truskavets acquired eight apartments and four non-residential premises

Truskavets Mayor Andriy Kulchytskyi continues to amaze with his ability to improve his personal financial position. Recently, he submitted an updated declaration indicating significant changes in his assets. In particular, he, his wife, and his daughter became owners of eight apartments and four non-residential premises in Truskavets.

The apartment sizes range from 65 to 107 sq m, with their values fluctuating between 293,000 and 484,000 hryvnia each. The non-residential premises have areas ranging from 41 to 49 sq m, with valuations from 185,000 to 222,000 hryvnia. However, these are far from all the assets owned by the Kulchytskyi family.

Assets from previous years

In addition to the recently acquired real estate, Kulchytskyi has previously declared ownership of several land plots. One of them is located in the village of Bystrytsia-Hirska, with an area of 2,500 sq m (value not specified), while the other two are in Truskavets itself. Their areas are 947 sq m (value 539,564 UAH) and 218 sq m (value 124,208 UAH).

Furthermore, the declaration mentions a house with an area of 171.3 sq m, which was valued at 964,952 UAH back in 2018.

Wife's assets: land and apartments

The mayor's wife, Natalia Kulchytska, is no less active. She owns a land plot in the village of Stanilia (area 962 sq m), as well as four apartments in Truskavets, ranging in size from 65 to 107 sq m. In addition, she owns two non-residential premises. According to the declaration, on 10 July 2023, Natalia registered three apartments and two premises on the same day.

Cars — new and expensive

As for vehicles, Andriy Kulchytskyi drives a HONDA CR-V (2021) valued at 1.37 million hryvnia. His wife owns a newer car — a TOYOTA C-HR HYBRID (2022), which cost 1.41 million hryvnia. Given the family's official income, such expenses appear unusually high.

Income and cash assets

In 2023, Andriy Kulchytskyi declared 569,000 UAH in income from his main activity and 14,506 UAH from working at the city hospital (approximately 48,600 UAH per month). His wife, Natalia, earned 735,576 UAH at military unit A7234 (approximately 61,300 UAH per month).

In addition, the declaration lists a scholarship for the mayor's daughter — 7,385 UAH — as well as two "gifts" from Solomiya Kulchytska: in 2024, the mayor received 360,000 UAH, and at the end of August, he declared another gift worth 400,000 UAH.

Cash savings: an unanswered question

Particular attention is drawn to the family's cash assets. In 2023, Andriy Kulchytskyi declared 27,000 US dollars, 10,000 euros, and 160,000 UAH. His wife also holds substantial savings: 19,000 US dollars and 13,000 euros in cash.
