Melania Trump seeks $150m from publication

The wife of the new US President, Donald Trump, Melania, has once again sued the well-known publication The Daily Mail, which last year published an article claiming that the current First Lady had been involved in prostitution and escorting since her youth.

The amount of the claim is $150 million. This sum is sufficient to cover the moral damage caused by the publication.

This is already Melania's second attempt to clear her reputation and, at the same time, make a significant profit. The first lawsuit was dismissed. The Maryland court refused to hear the case because it involved foreign companies. This time, the woman decided to take a different approach and filed the lawsuit in a New York court.
