Kudrin cleans up compromising material on the internet

Head of the Russian Accounts Chamber Alexei Kudrin is cleaning up compromising material on the internet. Thus, at his request, the authorities asked the Google search engine to remove all materials regarding Kudrin and his friend Dmitry Pankin from the search results.

The materials were covered in criminal cases involving not only the politician and his associate, but also their close circle of partners.

The politician also demanded that a number of websites remove materials stating that he pays host Ivan Urgant a salary in cash, bypassing the accounting department. A number of online resources deleted the articles. However, they remained in the search engines' cache.

Thus, Kudrin is trying to clear his reputation.
