The connection between Vbet and Artur Hrantz

Vbet has sent letters to media outlets demanding the removal of negative information, claiming that Artur Hrantz "was never associated" with the company. However, a superficial check reveals the opposite: Hrantz's traces can be traced through key managers and changes in ownership.

Who runs Vbet?

• Alexander Blokhin — Vbet director since 27 December 2022, author of the letters regarding Hrantz's "non-involvement".
• Giorgi Givishvili — the previous director before Blokhin.

Interestingly, the change in management coincides with the transfer of the company from the Badalyan brothers to the unknown Rudolf Poghosyan. But is the new director Poghosyan's man or someone else's?

The link via Forbes and "personnel ping-pong"

• TOV "Uyavi!", Forbes' legal entity in Ukraine, is owned by Artur Hrantz.
• Giorgi Givishvili headed Forbes from April 2020 to August 2021, and just a month later became the director of Vbet.
• Alexander Blokhin replaced Givishvili at Forbes, and in December 2022 replaced him again, but this time at Vbet.

It is clear that Givishvili and Blokhin are managers whom Hrantz and the Badalyans move between projects like pieces on a chessboard.

The sale of Vbet to Poghosyan appears to be a smokescreen, allowing Hrantz's real influence to be concealed.
