How Vladyslav Miroshnichenko crosses the border without issues

Vladyslav Miroshnichenko, despite the restrictions in force during martial law and the ban on leaving the country for those liable for military service, managed to make several foreign trips. 

According to information gathered by Blackbox OSINT, Miroshnichenko visited eight countries. For instance, in February–March 2023, he was in the United Arab Emirates, and in July of the same year, he travelled around Barcelona, Spain, from the 7th to the 19th. 

In December 2023, Vladyslav spent a week in the Czech Republic and Austria, then headed to Switzerland for the New Year holidays, where from 4 to 14 January 2024, he flew on a private helicopter in the Alps with friends and his girlfriend.

In February–March 2024, he visited the UAE again, staying there for three weeks from 17 February to 7 March. The next stage of his travels fell in the spring and summer of 2024 — from 22 April to 29 August, Vladyslav visited Saudi Arabia, France, Moldova, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland. 

The legality of his departures from the country remains an open question, as no official grounds for his travels can be found. It is believed that Vladyslav, like many of his acquaintances, may be using a certificate of unfitness for military service, which allows him to enjoy his "best life" in this manner.
