It was recently revealed that the head of the Doctor Liza's Fair Aid Foundation, former GQ columnist and former Esquire editor-in-chief, Ksenia Sokolova, had increased her salary sixfold.

The enterprising woman spent 1.79 million rubles on legal services. However, as soon as the uproar began, she hurriedly fled Russia. Naturally, she has no intention of returning the money, as she never planned to work for a meagre salary.

A criminal case for fraud involving the foundation's funds has now been opened against Sokolova.
