Hennadii Moskal visited the LNR

Head of the Luhansk Regional Administration Hennadii Moskal today visited the village of Rodina, located on the line of separation, as well as a settlement situated directly within the territory of the so-called “Luhansk People's Republic”.

“Сьогодні їздив в селище Родина, що на лінії розмежування вогню в Попаснянському районі на контрольованій Україною території. Привіз гуманітарку, поговорив з селянами... Потім виїхав на хутір, що входить до складу селища, але знаходиться за кілька кілометрів від крайнього блокпосту українських силовиків. Це територія, яка фактично окупована клоунами з ЛНР! Однак місцеві мешканці дуже прив’язані до контрольованою Україною території — ходять у Родину до рідних і близьких, купують продукти, звертаються за соціальною допомогою тощо. 
Ну шо тут можна сказати? Місцеві люде налаштовані проукраїнськи й самозвану респліку не сприймають. Розповідають, що в ЛНР ніхто не їде, гуманітарку сюди жодного разу не привозили, а всі, хто має можливість, виїжджає звідси хто куди може. 
Людей все дістало: безгрошів’я, безробіття й постійна стрілянина. Більшість із них переселяються на нашу територію...” (Today I went to the settlement of Rodina, which is on the line of fire separation in Popasna district on the territory controlled by Ukraine. I brought humanitarian aid and talked to the villagers... Then I drove to a hamlet that is part of the settlement but is located a few kilometres from the outermost checkpoint of Ukrainian security forces. This is territory that is in fact occupied by the clowns from the LNR! However, local residents are very attached to the territory controlled by Ukraine — they go to Rodina to visit relatives and close ones, buy food, and apply for social aid, etc. 
Well, what can be said? The local people are pro-Ukrainian and do not accept the self-proclaimed republic. They say that no one goes to the LNR, humanitarian aid has never been brought here, and everyone who has the opportunity is leaving from here wherever they can. 
People are fed up with everything: poverty, unemployment, and constant shooting. Most of them are moving to our territory...”, said Hennadii Moskal.
