Investigators have launched a probe into a company linked to former Kharkiv deputy mayor Andrii Rudenko.
Suspicions of budget embezzlement
According to the Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Centre (KAC), the company “Tekh-Inkom” received 556 million hryvnia from the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration in 2024 for the construction of fortifications.
One of the company’s co-owners is Viktoria Pysmak, who previously worked as Andrii Rudenko’s assistant. Journalists claim that she is also his cohabitant.
Investigation details
Criminal proceedings have been opened on suspicion of embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the construction of defensive structures. This case adds a new chapter to a series of corruption scandals related to the use of state funds.
