Former deputy Honcharenko's firm secures another multi-million contract without competition

The company "AvtoDor", owned by former Odesa deputy Oleksandr Honcharenko, has once again come under scrutiny for securing a state contract without a tender. This time, the deal was worth 24 million hryvnia. The contract covers road cleaning, grass mowing, and winter maintenance of the road network in Chornomorsk.

Millions without competition

This is not the first time Honcharenko's firm has received funding through non-competitive schemes. Previously, "AvtoDor" had already signed two similar contracts for the major repair of roads, with a total value of 25.7 million hryvnia.

The practice of awarding contracts without competition raises questions about the transparency of budget allocation.
