Filatov orders MPs to be 'haunted'

Journalists regularly working in the plenary hall of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine managed to photograph a correspondence between People's Deputies Boris Filatov and Andriy Denysenko.

In the text of the correspondence, Filatov gives Denysenko the order to "кошмарить" (haunt) the deputies, presumably to push through one of his bills.

As is known, fear is a time-tested way to achieve one's goal, and the leader of the "Ukrop" party does not shy away from using it.
