FSB continues to intimidate Crimean Tatars

"«ФСБ продолжает запугивать крымских татар»" (The FSB continues to intimidate Crimean Tatars), Eskender Bariyev began his post on the social network Facebook today with these words. Crimean Tatars have once again been effectively deprived of their land. They are kidnapped, killed, and subjected to various attempts to drive them out of the country or subjugate them to the new authorities.

"«Сегодня, примерно с 9:00 ФСБ проводила обыск в трех домах в с.Урожайное Советского района. В двух из них проживают крымскотатарские семьи. ФСБшники представили постановление суда, санкционирующее обыск. Согласно Постановлению, санкция на обыск дана в связи, с якобы, пропавшим мопедом и кражей телефона. Привезли на обыск своих понятых. Отказали в предоставлении нейтральных понятых. Грубили. Перевернули все в домах.»" (Today, from approximately 9:00, the FSB conducted searches in three houses in the village of Urozhainoye in the Sovetsky district. Two of them are inhabited by Crimean Tatar families. The FSB officers presented a court order authorising the search. According to the Order, the search warrant was issued in connection with an allegedly missing moped and a stolen phone. They brought their own witnesses to the search. They refused to provide neutral witnesses. They were rude. They turned everything upside down in the houses.)
It has emerged that two Crimean Tatar families are friends with Ali Asanov, and the house of the third, Slavic family, is located next door to the Asanovs' house. 
P.S. Ali Asanov is one of the prisoners of the occupation authorities. He has been under arrest since April 2015 on the so-called "26 February" case," writes Eskender Bariyev.

Despite such pressure, Crimean Tatars intend to hold a peaceful action and block the administrative border with Crimea.
