Another former Party of Regions member appointed head of RGA

Another representative of the Party of Regions has become head of an RGA. This time, the position of head of Novomoskovsk district went to the controversial regionalist Pavlo Selikhov, who chaired the district commission at polling station 38, where during the elections he ate ballots and hid them under his armpit to ensure the vote count favoured his colleague from the Party of Regions.

At that time, a court-ordered recount revealed a significant discrepancy in the vote count, amounting to several thousand votes.

Now, the President has signed a decree appointing Selikhov as head of the district.

It appears that the power of Vilkul and co. is indeed returning to Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
