Former Irpin mayor Volodymyr Karplyuk linked to Allatra sect

Former Irpin mayor Volodymyr Karplyuk is linked to the "Allatra" sect, which justified the killing of civilians by Russians in Bucha and Irpin.

His channel features a video in which Karplyuk gives an interview to the "Allatra" sect's channel. This is an international organisation that began its activities in Ukraine as early as 2011. It classifies itself as a religious and occult group.

Meanwhile, the international community has recognised "Allatra" as a pseudo-religious community. The actions carried out by the organisation aided the aggressor state. The community spread Kremlin narratives in Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine conducted searches at the organisation's offices. There is currently no reliable information on the results.
