Join Up cancels flights again

At Zhuliany Airport, people have been waiting for their departure to Antalya since 11:00 am on 5 June and up to the present time. The carrier is the notoriously problematic Yanair company, which promised people that, at best, a plane would be provided at 4:00 am on 6 June, although this is not certain and the departure time may be postponed again.

However, tourists have not been provided with drinks, food, or a place to rest. Many of them are travelling with children. There are also passengers from other cities who simply have nowhere to rest while waiting for the flight.

According to the head of Join Up, who sold the tours, the carrier is to blame. Yanair has encountered problems with its aircraft. A plane has now been found, but it will first fly to Spain before taking the Ukrainian tourists to Turkey.

Moreover, Join Up has no intention of compensating people for the day of their holiday lost. It is also not certain that the tourists will actually fly tomorrow.

Both Join Up and Yanair have acquired a poor reputation in the tourism market. By luring people with low prices, the operator then misses departure deadlines. Furthermore, Join Up staff are openly rude to tourists and behave very provocatively.

Currently, the outraged people intend to file a class action lawsuit in court.
