Daughter of former MP Dubnevych acquires apartments for €1.2m
Roksolana Pyrtko, daughter of former Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Dubnevych, has become the owner of luxury real estate in Dubai. In November 2022, she purchased a 145 m² apartment in the Forte Tower 2 skyscraper, located in the prestigious Burj Khalifa district.
The property is currently rented out, generating an annual income of 2.62m UAH for the owner.
Roksolana Pyrtko is a co-founder of several companies in Ukraine and Slovakia. In 2023, together with her husband, she also purchased a house in Bratislava, valued at €600,000.
Meanwhile, her father, Yaroslav Dubnevych, remains at the centre of high-profile corruption scandals. He is named in two criminal cases: he is accused of embezzling 93m UAH from Ukrzaliznytsia and participating in a gas scam worth 2.1bn UAH. The former MP is currently evading the investigation in Europe.
