Militants kill former DNR fuel and energy minister

DNR and LNR terrorists continue to brutally execute their own. This time, the killing of former DNR fuel and energy minister Yevhen Faynytskyi has been revealed.

Faynytskyi's brother filed a death report with law enforcement authorities, according to the press service of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

«В своем обращении он утверждает, что его брат - Евгений Файницкий, который работал на террористов «ДНР», - жестоко убит и информация об этом факте умалчивается» (In his appeal, he claims that his brother - Yevhen Faynytskyi, who worked for the "DNR" terrorists - was brutally killed and information about this fact is being suppressed), - the statement reads. 

The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office established that Yevhen Faynytskyi served as the so-called "minister of fuel and energy" of the "DNR" from late 2014 to early 2015. In February of this year, according to media reports, he was detained by representatives of the fake "ministry of state security" of the "DNR" allegedly for espionage. 

The documents submitted by the applicant to the Ukrainian prosecutor's office include an official response from the so-called acting "prosecutor general" of the "DNR", Andriy Spivak, stating that Yevhen Faynytskyi was arrested for "... a pro-Ukrainian, Banderaist, nationalist position", the press service reports.

Subsequently, relatives received a death certificate issued in Rostov Oblast, which states that Faynytskyi died in Donetsk. There is no information on the cause of death. His close ones are convinced that he was killed by DNR militants.
