Famous TikTok blogger Ingvar Raskoshny (and this is not a mistake, he really calls himself that) has decided to wage war against other bloggers and journalists.

Initially, Ingvar posted several provocative videos, after which he was subjected to a wave of hate. Bloggers and journalists shared the clips on their channels. Moreover, without any negative undertone or insult.

Instead of thanking them for the free PR, the blogger decided to threaten Telegram channels with filing a statement about bullying. For example, blogger Bespalov received a letter like this.

Is this an attempt to gain attention and a misunderstanding of how laws actually work and what “bullying” is?!
