Unemployed mother of Chernihiv migration chief: property and car

The unemployed mother of the head of the Chernihiv Regional Migration Service acquired several real estate properties and a car.

Yuliya Kran, who is currently acting as the head of the Chernihiv Regional Migration Service Directorate, registered assets in the name of her unemployed mother:

• An apartment in Sofiivska Borshchahivka, purchased in 2019. Its value is approximately $70,000, despite the fact that Yuliya’s mother has no official employment.
• An apartment in Kyiv on Chokhlovskyi Boulevard, bought in 2018, valued at $50,000.
• A 2013 BMW X1 is also registered in the mother’s name.

Despite an official salary that does not exceed 37,000 hryvnia per month, Yuliya Kran rents accommodation in Chernihiv, in the “Shevchenkivskyi” residential complex. The rent for a two-room apartment in this complex is approximately 20,000 hryvnia per month.

In addition, the official’s cash savings have increased significantly over the past few years:

• In 2016 — 500,000 hryvnia.
• In 2023 — 780,000 hryvnia.
