Baloga claims increase in smuggling in Zakarpattia

Prominent politician Viktor Baloga stated that there has been an increase in the flow of smuggling in Zakarpattia following the change of power.

According to him, authorities catch petty smugglers while stubbornly overlooking entire containers of elite goods crossing the border.

According to data provided by Viktor Baloga, several trucks of elite clothing from Italian brands are imported into Ukraine daily through customs posts in Zakarpattia. The value of such cargo is estimated at several hundred thousand euros. However, the accompanying documents state that this is low-quality goods from China, with a value not exceeding 50 thousand euros.

Baloga claims that the coordination of the movement of such cargo is handled by the heads of the "K" Directorate of the SBU in Zakarpattia Oblast.

The politician has irrefutable evidence for everything he has said.
