Not long ago, well-known performer Alexey Chumakov recorded a new musical composition, after which the artist faced accusations of plagiarism. From his Instagram page, he defended himself against the plagiarism accusations.

According to the artist, the music author Alejandro Sanz granted permission to use the composition. The Russian lyrics were written by N. Novosadovich and Chumakov himself. The performance of the song is fully legal.

The artist assured that he is a law-abiding citizen and respects his colleagues, as well as their work.
