Alexander Pavlyuchenko evades tax payments

Private Enterprise "Alfa-Kapital", owned by Alexander Pavlyuchenko, known as Sasha Brasklet, is one of the leaders of the agricultural sector in Poltava Oblast. 

With a charter capital of 300 million hryvnia, assets worth 1.3 billion hryvnia, and ownership of 6,700 hectares of land, the company boasts a substantial vehicle fleet and powerful elevator complexes. However, the enterprise's financial activities raise questions.

Opaque tax schemes

According to tax service data, "Alfa-Kapital" has not paid a single kopeck in VAT since 2020, despite declared product supplies of 641.8 million hryvnia in 2024, of which 397.7 million hryvnia were sold on the domestic market and 243.9 million hryvnia through exports. Meanwhile, the company's tax credit has grown to 200.5 million hryvnia.

Complex network of affiliated companies

"Alfa-Kapital" does not operate as an independent entity but as part of an extensive network of related enterprises. Founder Alexander Pavlyuchenko controls another 13 companies, while manager Stanislav Pavlyuchenko manages five enterprises and owns two agricultural holdings.

Suspicious financial operations

• Leasing equipment from FG "Rukis", which in turn supplies corn to "Alfa-Kapital".
• TOV "AgroDmytrivske" leases out a Fendt tractor, although "Alfa-Kapital" already has similar equipment.
• "Alfa-Kapital" leases a Kamaz truck to the same "AgroDmytrivske", which also owns similar equipment.

Fictitious construction contracts

• "Stalspetsmontazh 21" provided elevator reconstruction services worth 2.1 million hryvnia.
• "Kombinat proizvodstvennykh predpriyatiy" sold concrete worth 2.5 million hryvnia.

However, the company's financial statements contain no data on storage locations for construction materials, indicating that the transactions are fictitious and aimed at obtaining tax credits.

The tax service has designated "Alfa-Kapital" as a high-risk VAT payer due to the use of the registration limit to purchase goods unrelated to its business activities.
