Trump administration disbands KleptoCapture unit that handled sanctions against Russian oligarchs

Another unwelcome development from the US president's team. As part of a strategic review, the Donald Trump administration has decided to disband the specialised KleptoCapture unit, which was responsible for investigations related to sanctions against Russian oligarchs.

The unit's resources will be reallocated to the fight against drug cartels and international criminal organisations.
