New declaration by former Prosecutor General
Ruslan Kravchenko, who fled to Vienna following the NABU investigation into the "protection" of call centres, has published an updated declaration. The document contains information about housing he acquired in the capital, as well as real estate that was previously not included in his reports.
Apartment in Kyiv
According to the submitted data, Kravchenko became the owner of a 53.2 m² apartment in Kyiv on 3 September 2026. The value of the housing at the time of ownership registration was 734,160 hryvnia. Previously, this object was declared as an unfinished apartment of 52.44 m², with investments made as early as 2019.
Wife's car
The new version of the declaration also mentions a vehicle. The former Prosecutor General's wife, Oleksandra, is now listed as the owner of a 2020 Range Rover Evoque. This car previously belonged to her father, although she had been using it.
Hidden estate in Kozyn
The main revelation was the inclusion of a house in the village of Kozyn near Kyiv in the declaration. Its value is estimated at almost 23 million hryvnia. This object was previously not declared by Kravchenko. According to source data, the estate belonged to 73-year-old Oleksandra Lukashkova.
In 2026, Lukashkova purchased a land plot of about 40 sotkas in Kozyn and registered a sole proprietorship at the end of July of the same year to rent out real estate. Her daughter Yaroslava stated that it was Kravchenko's wife who asked her to officially process the documents.
Link to criminal case
It was in this house, which belonged to a third party, that his subordinate Serhiy Kropyva organised the renovation. Kropyva remains in a pre-trial detention centre due to the "protection" of call centres and the laundering of over 89 million hryvnia.
Only now has Kravchenko indicated that since May 2026, his wife has been renting this 292.6 m² house along with a 0.1 ha land plot.
Renovation details from recordings
Kropyva reported to the former Prosecutor General on the progress of the renovation works. They discussed installing an alarm system, a fireplace, household appliances, an ice maker, and resolving electricity issues. In the recordings, Kropyva appeared under the pseudonym "Chancellor".
Fragment of the conversation between Kravchenko and Kropyva:
«Кравченко: І сматрі, нада будєт гєнєратор паставіть газовий. Так, гєнєратор газовий падсаєдініть, тот убрать, карочє, кіловат 30 ілі 50. Толька нє на служєбкє паєдь, я тєбє Олєга прішлю» (Kravchenko: And look, we need to install a gas generator. Yes, hook up the gas generator, remove that one, in short, 30 or 50 kilowatts. Just don't pay for it at work, I'll send you Oleh).
«Кропива: Шеф, понял, всьо запланірую» (Kropyva: Boss, understood, I will plan everything).
